In order to protect your tour purchase, we strongly recommend the purchase of our Tour Cancellation Protection Plan. If you have to cancel due to physical personal injury or illness, you can choose to receive a full credit toward a future BVT America tour or a full refund of all funds received.

Personal Injury or Illness
If you have to cancel due to physical personal injury or illness, you can choose to receive a full credit toward a future BVT America tour or a full refund of all funds received by BVT America for written cancellations up to the day the tour begins. Documentation must be provided to BVT America by the attending physician and must specify that the illness or injury prevented the traveler's abilitiy to physically participate in the tour.
Death of Family Member
In the event of the death of an immediate family member, you can choose to receive a full credit toward a future BVT America tour or a full refund of all funds received by BVT America for written cancellations up to the day of departure. A death certificate and a statement of relationship with the deceased must be provided to BVT America.
Return Home Due to Emergency
If you must return home due to an emergency, refunds will be whatever net funds BVT America recovers from suppliers.
Other Conditions
Tour Cancellation Protection is valid for purchaser only, must be purchased at the time of deposit, is not transferable, is non-refundable, and only covers the BVT America land tour. Without Tour Cancellation Protection, normal cancellation policies apply.
