Nashville's answer to the line dancing craze which happened in the early-to-mid 1990's was the Wildhorse Saloon, and it answered the call in a big way. With a dance floor that is 4,982 square feet (the largest in the world), The Wildhorse Saloon opened in 1994 in a renovated warehouse near the Ryman Auditorium and famed Music Row in downtown Nashville. Though you will still find line dancing at the Wildhorse today, it has evolved to be a dining and entertainment mecca.
